A night of champagne & Valrhona chocolate

The recipe for the perfect evening…chocolate and champagne!

We joined many well renowned chefs including Pierre Herme, dubbed by French Vogue as 'The Picasso of Pastry' for the launch of Valrhona chocolate's first chocolate recipe book - also coinciding with the launch of our new Valrhona chocolate sorbet.

We slowly worked our way round the room tasting each chocolate treat displayed…well actually we worked our way round the room at least three times.
